We're looking for caring, committed and adaptable SEMH/SEN Support Staff to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in York. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a supply basis, with a mix of day-to-day, short-term and longer-term placements available - tailored to your availability and preferences. What You'll Be Doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH and/or broader SEN needsSupporting behaviour, emotional regulation, communication and access to learningWorking closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to deliver tailored supportEncouraging positive relationships, confidence and independence in pupils What We're Looking For: Experience supporting children with SEMH and/or SEN, ideally within a school or care settingA patient, empathetic and proactive approach to behaviour and emotional supportAbility to adapt and respond to the needs of different pupils and settingsA relevant qualification (e.g. Teaching Assistant Level 2/3, Team Teach, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential What We Offer: Competitive daily pay, paid weeklyFull flexibility - work when and where suits youA variety of placements - from ad hoc to ongoing rolesA supportive team who val
