We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer/Secondman to join our business. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operational tasks across multiple sites. Responsibilities

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of equipment from Van
• Carrying out manual handling tasks including, Window Cleaning (WFP Work & Traditional) Pressure Washing, Garden Maintenance, Including but not restricted to, Hedge Cutting, Grass Cutting, Weeding, Leaf Clearing + More
• Assisting other team members with their duties as required
• Ensuring all tools and equipment & Chemicals are used safely and stored correctly after use
• Following health and safety protocols at all times to minimise risks.
• Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
• Covering Holidays meaning driving is essential & working on your own will happen

Requirements

• Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual handling tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to safety procedures and protocols
• Flexibility to work variable shifts as required, including early mornings (Every Morning is Between 5am-6am Start)
• Valid UK driving licence & Currently drive a Car/Van is a must - Do not apply if you don’t drive a Car/Van

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
