We need a US-based freelancer to be a shareholder in our company in order to prove the trading address of our Wise account. Basically, we had our USD account deactivated in the company's Wise (https://wise.com) account because we were unable to prove an eligible trading address for our company. We need a US-based person who will be a shareholder and we'll be able to verify our trading address through their US address. For the documents, the freelancer selected will provide a copy of their ID (passport or national ID card) and documents proving the trading address is where they live.
