- Your Impact
- Design, implement, and manage robust security measures to protect company information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
- Lead security alert triage by analyzing, categorizing, and prioritizing alerts from SIEM, EDR, and other monitoring tools.
- Drive incident response through containment, eradication, and recovery, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with IT to harden corporate infrastructure, systems, networks, and cloud environments.
- Evaluate, deploy, and enhance security tooling for monitoring, incident response, DLP, network security, and email protection.
- Proactively monitor for threats, analyze security logs, and respond to alerts to mitigate risks before impact.
- Champion security awareness across the organization, educating employees on best practices.
- Stay current with adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to shape the company’s security roadmap.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure operational readiness for escalations and incident response.
- Your Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Security Engineering or Security Operations roles.
- Proven expertise in incident response, including alert triage, forensic analysis, and application of frameworks such as Cyber Kill Chain, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Strong technical knowledge of endpoint (EDR), enterprise network, data loss prevention (DLP), and SaaS security controls.
- Proficiency in scripting and querying languages (e.g., Python, SIEM query languages) to analyze data and automate tasks.
- Solid understanding of email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and related controls.
- Experience with Zero Trust principles and technologies, including Device Trust, Access Gateways, and Isolated Browsers.
- Deep awareness of modern adversary TTPs and defensive strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, manage projects independently, and prioritize based on risk reduction.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced SIEM platforms and automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and multi-cloud environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for incident reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
- Security certifications such as GSEC, CEH, or similar.
