This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact with secondary students. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons that cater to the needs of all students.Support the lead teacher in managing classroom activities and ensuring a safe learning environment.Provide additional support to students with special educational needs or those who require extra help.Engage with students in both Welsh and English, enhancing their learning experiences and language skills.Help organise and participate in school events and activities.Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in Welsh is essential.Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Passionate about education and committed to the development of students.Enhanced DBS check will be required.
