  • The role
  • In this role, you’ll be imperative back bone of a busy festive season. Your main focus will be on efficiently maintaining a stocked shop floor with full displays merchandised with intent, keeping on top of stock deliveries and costs of goods, as well as ensuring effective stock management back of house. Please note this job role is physically demanding and requires a lot of manual handling to keep up with the fast paced shop floor and stock needs.
  • You will also be trained in Tills in sales to enable you to be available for our influx of Christmas shoppers and to be support the sales team by providing 5 star till experiences at the end opf a customer's journey.
  • You’ll use your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations, perform product demonstrations, and hand out tailored samples. Working closely with your team, you’ll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store experiences that keep customers coming back. With flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate based on the Living Wage, and opportunities for bonuses, you’ll be well-supported through training and development to grow your skills.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing shop floor with fully stocked displays that reflect seasonal trends.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and offer product demonstrations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience especially providing store values and ethics at the till for a lasting impression.
  • Ensure all back of house stock areas are maintained to a high standard and in line with Health and Safety policies.
  • Support the store’s sales targets by promoting products creatively and working as part of a team to exceed goals.
  • Manage stock levels efficiently, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and ready for our customers to shop from.
  • Actively control store costs, such as product waste, to help meet the shop’s budget.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive, respectful working environment, contributing to the overall customer experience.
