Looking to put your sewing skills to work in a unique and rewarding environment? We're recruiting a dedicated and detail-focused Seamstress to join our warehouse team based in Crawley, working on essential aviation equipment repairs.

This hands-on role focuses exclusively on repairing bags and covers used in aircraft operations, dealing with seams and minor tears only. If you're looking for a stable, full-time position with weekly pay and long-term potential in the aviation / manufacturing and production industry - this is the role for you.

• Inspecting and repairing seams and tears on aviation bags and covers

• Performing manual stitching.

• Loading, organising, and handling bags within the warehouse

• Ensuring all repaired items meet aviation safety and quality standards

• Maintaining a clean and efficient sewing station

• Reporting repeated damage or defects to supervisors

• Previous experience as a Seamstress or in textile repairs (domestic or industrial)

• Comfortable lifting and moving materials

• High attention to detail and manual precision

• Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, occasional Saturday)

• Able to pass a 5-year background check and DBS (or willing to obtain one)

• Consistent weekly pay - every Friday
