Key Responsibilities: Process and monitor the entire sea import shipping process from start to finish.Book shipments with contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery.Prepare documentation for import clearance and arrange necessary deliveries (FCL & LCL cargoes).Liaise with customers and consignees, maintaining strong working relationships.Coordinate with Customs Authorities and Port Health to complete CHED documents.Ensure all invoicing and purchase invoice processing is handled accurately and promptly.Provide regular follow-up with customers and consignees to ensure seamless service.Work effectively as part of a collaborative team to meet deadlines and targets.
