Job Title: Sea Freight Export CoordinatorLocation: SloughHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pmSalary: £30,000-£35,000 DOEContract: Permanent, Full-TimeWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Sea Freight Export Coordinator on behalf of a well-established logistics company based in Slough. This is a permanent role covering the full export process, from quotations through to final shipment.The RoleYou will be responsible for handling sea freight export shipments end to end, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate documentation, and on-time deliveries.Key Responsibilities Preparing and issuing sea freight export quotationsBooking shipments with shipping lines and freight partnersManaging export shipments from order receipt through to final shipmentPreparing and checking all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of ladingLiaising with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and hauliersTracking shipments and providing updates to customersEnsuring compliance with export regulations and company proceduresResolving any shipment issues or delays efficiently Requirements Previous experience in sea freight exports is essentialStrong understanding of export documentation and IncotermsExperience handling shipments from quotation to shipmentExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentGood IT skills, including MS Office and freight systems If you have previous sea freight export experience and are looking for a long-term role based in Slough, then apply now
