We are a lead generation agency specializing in cybersecurity clients in the USA. We provide pre-qualified leads to our clients and are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with prospects via phone calls. Role Overview: This role is strictly outbound calling. You will not be responsible for prospecting or emailing. Your main task is to engage pre-qualified leads, qualify them based on our criteria, and pass the lead details to our client for follow-up. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to a provided list Engage prospects in professional conversations to confirm interest and gather key information Qualify leads according to our client’s criteria Pass qualified lead information to our client accurately and promptly Record call notes and maintain CRM updates - Strong English communication skills with a native or near-native accent (MUST) Must be available to work in USA time zones Previous experience in outbound SDR or telemarketing (experience in cybersecurity is a plus)
