The Opportunity: As a Scrum Master (Senior Consultant level), you'll play a key role in driving Agile delivery and supporting clients through significant digital and organisational transformation. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and help teams embed new, effective ways of working. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in wider consulting activities, from shaping transformation roadmaps to supporting business development and mentoring junior consultants.
