Role: We are looking for a passionate writer to create serialized scripts for 10 episodes x 1 minute each. The scripts need to be grounded, cinematic, addictive. Project DNA - No clichés, no horror/supernatural, no “so bad it’s good.” - Show, don’t tell; subtext over exposition. - 1–3 characters, 1–2 locations Responsibilities - Originate tight, grounded concepts executable with a lean crew and minimal logistics. - Deliver series bible + episode pack (Logline (1 sentence), Hook (1–3s visual/action/line), Action beats with intention & obstacle (no backstory), Cliffhanger beat) - Locations & props (ultra-light) - Provide 2 alt hooks (A/B) for the first 5–10 eps to optimize retention. - Write promo copy per ep: 1 title + 2 short captions (for TikTok/IG/App). - Collaborate with producing team; iterate fast from notes. Requirements - Proven short-form narrative writing (micro/ads/trailers/TV spots/shorts). - Mastery of hooks, cliffhangers, and minute-to-minute escalation. - Writes clean action (present tense), strong subtext, minimal dialogue. - Comfortable constraining scope to logistically simple and easily executable scripts - Ability to batch deliver and adapt quickly to feedback. - Portfolio that demonstrates grounded thrillers (not sci-fi/fantasy/horror). We are only looking for 1 writer, here's how to be shortlisted of being selected: - Send in a maximum of 5 scripts related to narratives or stories. Nothing too high concept or hard to execute. - Respond to all the questions properly, explaining why you are interested in writing about these figures Please type your favorite movie or TV show at the beginning or end of your proposal. (we will ignore your application if you do not respond - this is to know that you have read the details) NOTE: - No agencies. - We go by a project cost instead of hourly cost. With an opportunity for monthly cost after a minimum of 3-5 successful collaborations. - Please indicate your project cost, if you have a revision limit, and how much an additional revision will cost.
