Are you a passionate and inspiring Science Teacher looking for a new role on the Wirral?
We are seeking skilled educators to work in our partner secondary schools across the Wirral peninsula. This is an opportunity to make a real difference, igniting curiosity and helping students explore the wonders of science.
Pay: £150 - £220 per day, dependent on experience and placement.
The Role and Your Duties:
We have opportunities available in all areas of the Wirral, including those with postcodes:
- Birkenhead (CH41, CH42)
- Wallasey (CH44, CH45)
- Prenton (CH43)
- Heswall (CH60, CH61)
- West Kirby & Hoylake (CH47, CH48)
- Upton & Greasby (CH49)
- Bebington & Bromborough (CH62, CH63)
- Ellesmere Port & Neston (CH64, CH65, CH66)
As a Science Teacher, your key responsibilities will be:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons for students across all Key Stages, from 3 to 5.
- Fostering a love for science and making the subject accessible and enjoyable for all.
- Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the science and wider school departments to share best practices.
- Creating a positive and safe classroom environment that encourages learning and curiosity.

Skills and Qualifications Needed:
To be a successful candidate, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- A degree in a relevant science subject (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
- Proven experience teaching Science in a UK secondary school.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one).
