You must be familiar with adult training systems in Australia and preferable in teacher training in a schools system in Australia. We are looking for a consultant/contractor to work on applying their expert knowledge of teacher professional development to work on improvements to our online learning management system in regards to the user experience of our customers journey and better communicating the offer to teachers and schools. Also we want to enhance how to improve the course structure re assessment and qualification, meeting all australian standards, and enhancing how we can help schools leverage their professional learning towards improved school outcomes. We have a strong platform and a very clear method for developing our lessons and clear writing style for them. • Knowledge of school leadership in Australian/England/ New Zealand or the USA is an advantage. • Knowledge of explicit instruction is an advantage. • Knowledge of contemporary school improvement in Australian/England or USA an advantage. This role could be ongoing for at least three months and also full time if possible or part time. The way we work. We use a doc review system and take on feedback if there is anything required • You will be provided a simple brief and to the same repeat instructions • We have a system in the cloud so you need to work on our system • You will communicate with us via your own email and not through Upwork except if its contract related as we all work through Microsoft outlook and communicate regularly (and we don’t have notifications on Upwork on our system).
