Seeking enthusiastic School Receptionist to join our expanding team and provide vital support to client schools in Ely. With a variety of opportunities available, this is an excellent chance to contribute to a thriving educational community.

The school timings are from Monday-Friday and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities of working on this position:

• General administration duties including formatting and sending correspondence, diary management and responding to student and teacher enquiries
• Become a SIMS user and produce reports as when requested
• Maintain accurate pupil information and files and ensure correlation to hard files
• Act as the school's first aid coordinator
• Assist the needs of organisations, contractors and both prospective and current parents' enquiries
• To liaise with the site team to ensure reception and communal staff areas are kept tidy and well-stocked

These are some of the requirements that we need from you :

• Previous experience working in a school or administrative
• Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
• Right to work in the UK (Essential)
• 2 recent professional references
• Excellent communication, confidentiality and professional skills
• Ability to work with direct supervision and determine own workload priorities
