Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle a variety of communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Provide support for HR-related tasks such as on boarding documentation and maintaining employee records.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Needed:
- Previous experience in an office administration or similar role is highly desirable.
