Key Duties:

As an Office Administrator, you will be the vital link in the day-to-day operations of our schools, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the school's leadership team and staff.
• Managing a busy reception area, handling all incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with a professional and friendly approach.
• Using the SIMS (School Information Management System) with expertise to maintain accurate student and staff records, manage attendance, and assist with statutory returns.
• Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies, and handling sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to pupil welfare, admissions, and school events.
• General office duties, including organising files, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Essential: You must have previous experience working in a school environment and be highly proficient with the SIMS system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and remain calm under pressure in a busy school setting.
