Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the school premises daily
• General maintenance and repairs across the site
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met
• Groundskeeping and basic gardening duties
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers
• Supporting school events and activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in a caretaker or facilities role (preferred)
• Basic DIY and maintenance skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
