- Brunel College is an independent alternative provision for students in Years 9, 10 & 11. The provision specialises in providing a nurturing environment for vulnerable students, students with SEND and behavioural needs by delivering lessons on a 1:1 – small group basis where the focus is on the well-being of our students.

All about the role
- The School Business Manager (SBM) is responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration. As we are in Independent school the SBM will be responsible for ensuring we are compliant with all Independent School Standards in terms of health and Safety.
- They will advise on and implement the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently, and that allows other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.
