• To provide administrative support, e.g. photocopying, typing and collation of pupils files
• To administer first aid (a first aid certificate is desirable but training can be provided)
• Support co-curricular administrative teams with parental and external facing communication systems
• Support facility checks and liaise with internal departments to ensure sports equipment and facilities are in good condition and arrange any repairs required
• Undertake general financial administration and maintain and track accurate and up-to-date records for all sports department expenditures
• To be responsible for maintaining the student database for all admissions, main school and nursery, with excellent knowledge and experience of SIMs

We are looking for someone with the below skills:

• Experience working in a similar role or within school environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, attention to detail
• ICT competency in all Microsoft Packages, SIMS
• 2 recent professional references
• Support with school application support and DBS
• Candidate should be eligible to work in UK (Essential)
