The Role

Are you highly organised with experience in scheduling or coordination? Do you enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same and strong communication is key? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our busy operations team at MMM Medical Equipment.

You will play a vital part in planning and scheduling our engineers’ workloads, covering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service works. Acting as the link between clients and engineers, you will make sure tasks are scheduled, managed and completed on time.

This is a full time, office-based role working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, allocate, and schedule engineers’ daily and weekly work, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Schedule and monitor both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service works.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, taking and receiving calls, logging requests, and providing updates.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, ensuring all job details are updated and tracked.
• Liaise with engineers to confirm schedules, provide job details, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor progress of jobs, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet client requirements.
• Ensure excellent client communication and service delivery at all times.
• Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks when required.

The Person

• Previous experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordination role (essential).
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other scheduling/administration software.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Confident telephone manner with strong customer service focus.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to commute to the office on a daily basis.
