• 🚨 Position: Scheduler
• 🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours a week - Mon - Fri - Onsite
• 💰 Salary: £25,000 per annum
• 📍Location: Waterlooville

• What you'll do...
• Planning & scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
• Manage field service engineers’ diaries and work allocation within your area in line with business targets.
• Arrange follow-up visits, specialist equipment, or subcontractors where needed.
• You will need to be able to make decisions based on a number of factors.
• Log and track complaints, ensuring swift resolution.
• Support your manager with additional admin and coordination tasks.
• What you’ll bring
• Experience in scheduling, call centre, or customer service roles
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills — confident with engineers, managers, and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple systems at once.
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Qualifications
• What you will need...
• Proven experience in a call centre and/or customer-facing role (internal or external).
• Confident using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong team player with an open and honest approach to your own workload and supporting others.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with Regional Service Managers and engineers.
