We are looking for a freelancer based in Saudi Arabia to support our business development through lead generation and outbound calling. Responsibilities Generate qualified leads for manpower and recruitment services Make outbound calls to companies, contractors, HR departments, and decision-makers Professionally introduce recruitment and manpower supply services Identify hiring needs and upcoming manpower requirements Collect and share accurate contact details and client requirements Conduct basic follow-ups when needed Requirements Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia Fluent in English and Arabic Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation Knowledge of manpower supply, recruitment, or construction industry is preferred Strong communication skills and confident phone manner Project Details Freelance / Part-time Long-term opportunity based on performance
