Our 10-week Internship Programme is designed to give you cross-functional exposure, hands-on experience, real responsibility and the chance to shape meaningful projects that make a difference. You’ll have the opportunity to gain insights into business areas across the bank i.e. Corporate and Commercial Banking, Risk and Finance. Throughout the programme, you’ll gain practical experience, develop professional skills and build connections that kickstart your career. Working alongside your peers you will also take part in a project that challenges you to apply your skills, creativity, and curiosity. Flexible working: Based in either London or Milton Keynes, for the entirety of the internship, based on team location Requirements We’re interested in your potential, not just your degree. If you’re curious, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact, you’ll fit right in.
