Little Rick is one of the fastest-growing hemp beverage brands, expanding rapidly across the U.S. with our THC drinks and gummies. We’re looking for a sales closer — someone who can run Lemlist campaigns, follow up by phone, and close B2B retail accounts. You’ll be targeting both independent retailers and larger distributors/key accounts, helping us grow our U.S. footprint. What We’re Looking For Native or near-native English (U.S. accent preferred; clean Australian or British accent acceptable) Proven experience selling physical CPG products (not SaaS) — ideally: Beverages, hemp/cannabis products, or other goods sold in liquor, vape, or convenience channels Hands-on experience with Lemlist or similar platforms (Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot) Confident on the phone — persuasive, natural, and comfortable following up Able to dedicate about 5 focused hours per week, scaling up as results grow What You’ll Get Full product training and sales support materials Qualified lead lists and CRM setup Clear playbook for when to close and when to hand off Ongoing guidance from the founding team Opportunity to grow with a top-performing U.S. hemp beverage brand
