We're a high-growth recruitment company looking for a N8N / Salesforce expert to help us build and scale our candidate and client databases, automate hiring signal detection, enrich data, and sync all of this with Salesforce. 🔧 What We Need: Build workflows in N8N and integrate / build buttons in Salesforce Pull candidate & client data from LinkedIn, company websites, job boards, Crunchbase, etc. Detect hiring signals (e.g., new job ads, team growth, press releases, hiring pages, Glassdoor data) Identify & track key decision-makers (partners, GCs, CFOs, etc.) Enrich existing records (email, phone, social, LinkedIn, industry tags) Push structured, clean data into Salesforce Help with data deduplication, cleaning, and organizing by segments (cold, warm, live) 💼 Ideal Candidate: Proven experience building with Clay / N8N / Salesforce Strong understanding of data enrichment APIs (Clearbit, People Data Labs, Apollo, LinkedIn scraping tools, etc.) Recruitment, B2B sales, or lead-gen background (preferred) 🎯 Bonus Points: Can advise on best ways to score leads and prioritize outreach
