- The Salesforce Business & Technology Manager (Sales & Partner Sales) is responsible for maximising the value of the Salesforce platform across sales and channel operations. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, this role leads the business requirements needs, consults on implementation, and monitors for continuous improvement of business processes into Salesforce and related sales technologies — including AI (Agentforce)— such that we can fully leverage the platform to drive growth, efficiency, and customer success. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions, championing the adoption of new features and best practices. The role governs end-to-end business processes, ensuring platform capabilities align with operational objectives. It focuses on user adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement, leveraging automation and AI to optimize workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes. As a leader, you will manage a growing team of professionals, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the platform evolves in line with business strategy and technology trends. Run the ideation input funnel for EMEA, consult with IT on platform development options, run the UAT testing process including managing UAT testers and their feedback to DevOps as well as the business release change process. Lead the analysis, optimisation, and automation of sales and partner business processes into Salesforce and related technologies. Provide training, support, and change management to drive user adoption and maximise platform value. Manage and develop a high-performing Salesforce business platform team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. 7+ years' experience with Salesforce CRM and related sales technologies Experience in platform user acceptance testing & feedback in agile methodology Proven track record in business process analysis, optimisation, and automation. Experience implementing or managing AI/automation tools (within Salesforce a bonus) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Fluent in English. Extremely high degree of data & application experience & skills LI-AG2 Experience with Agentforce or similar AI-driven sales technologies. Background in sales operations, channel management, or partner relationship management. Experience with large-scale Salesforce deployments or Centres of Excellence. Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
