What You’ll Do You will wear two hats — as a Sales / Pre-Sales resource, and as a Support / Implementation resource. Key responsibilities: - Lead or support the sales cycle: perform discovery calls, demo Odoo modules, articulate value, produce proposals. - Engage with prospects to understand business needs, map requirements to Odoo capabilities, identify gaps. - Provide technical/functional support to existing clients: troubleshooting, issue resolution, upgrades, enhancements. - Assist with implementations: configuration, data imports, modules setup, training, user adoption. - Act as a bridge between client expectations and internal delivery teams. - Help maintain support SLAs, monitor ticket queues, escalate where needed. What We’re Looking For - Prior experience working with Odoo (any version), in roles involving sales, functional consulting, or support. - Solid understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.). - Ability to demo, explain, and map business processes to ERP features. - Strong problem-solving skills: diagnosing configuration, data, or integration issues. - Excellent communication skills — you’ll engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Self-starter, able to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic client demands. - Preferred: experience in Upwork / remote contracting settings (flexible availability, client communication).
