About your team The Sales Support Team is part of UK Wholesale Sales who is responsible for distributing Fidelity’s investment proposition to all types of UK clients, including; Fund of Funds, Private Banks, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Insurers and IFAs. The team covers all asset classes available from Fidelity (equity, fixed income, index, active extension, ETFs). The team are committed to placing Fidelity as the trusted deliverer of clients’ financial goals. This entails putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, and to act in the best interest of our clients, in order for them to achieve their financial objectives. About your role The purpose of the Sales Support role is to provide administrative support to the UK Wholesale Sales Team to help increase sales, retain assets and strengthen Fidelity’s relationships with intermediaries. As a member of the Sales Support team you will focus on supporting the delivery of sales and marketing messages to a wide range of UK Wholesale clients. In order to do this, you will respond efficiently to client requests for product information and be proactive to develop potential sales opportunities. You will also work together with Sales Management and the sales team in organising and delivering London based and regional events. In addition, you will be responsible for accurate information on salesforce CRM, and be prepared to analyse this data as well as sales MI, competitor information and industry press. About you Essential skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both telephone and written. Good understanding of FIL and the competitive landscape. Good understanding of Wholesale business and genuine interest in markets and the industry. Excellent practical PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint Diligent, reliable and with a professional manner. Highly motivated and maintains a flexible and positive outlook at all times.
