We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Admin Support professional to provide strong administrative assistance to our Sales team and Managing Director. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-focused, and confident using IT systems. You will play an essential part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and customer requests, ensuring timely communication with the relevant salesperson.Manage access to customer portals and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.Conduct initial reviews and coordination of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).Update and maintain enquiries logs and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.Keep accurate records of outstanding orders and support internal reporting. Administrative & Office Support Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and related logistics.Handle day-to-day office duties such as managing post, arranging lunches when required, and maintaining the reception board.Organise and sort CAD downloads, ensuring they are correctly filed and accessible to the team. Skills & Experience Required Proven administrative experience, ideally within a sales or commercial environment.Strong IT literacy, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
