Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or related roles with a track record of successful negotiations
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required for client meetings
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
  • Ability to work independently whilst collaborating within a team setting
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
