QuantiScale is hiring a high-performance Sales Representative to generate and close new business through cold outreach.

This role is for hunters who expect to earn six figures and are willing to do the work required to get there. Not entry-level. Not inbound-only.

• 1099 Commission-Only → Remote Only
• Fully remote
• Uncapped upside

What You’ll Do

• Build pipeline from scratch via cold calling, email, and DM outreach
• Prospect business owners daily (no inbound dependency)
• Qualify, present, and close deals
• Manage follow-ups and your pipeline with discipline
• Hit activity and revenue targets consistently

Who This Is For

• Proven cold sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Comfortable with rejection and high-volume outreach
• Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable
• Expecting to earn $100,000+ annually
• Not afraid of performance-based environments
• Uncapped earnings
• Six-figure income expected for producers
• Top performers earn $150,000–$250,000+
