About the Role

UK Home Specialists are currently recruiting experienced sales representatives with a proven background in face-to-face, in-home sales.

This is not a retail role. You will be attending pre-qualified appointments in customers’ homes, carrying out sales presentations for a range of roofing and exterior home improvement solutions.

Our core products include:

• Roofing repairs and replacements
• Roof coatings and protective systems
• Property maintenance and roofing-related solutions
• Andura wall coatings and exterior treatments

You will attend 2–5 company-generated leads per day, meeting homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled face-to-face appointments at residential properties
• Present roofing and exterior solutions clearly and professionally
• Explain roofing issues, proposed solutions, and benefits to customers
• Build trust and rapport with homeowners
• Accurately discuss pricing, scope of works, and next steps
• Consistently work towards and achieve weekly sales targets
• Represent the company in a professional, well-presented manner

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of face-to-face sales experience (preferred)
• Experience in roofing, home improvements, or construction sales is an advantage
• Confident, well-presented, and professional
• Reliable, organised, and target-driven
• Positive and motivated attitude towards commission-based sales
• Full UK driving licence required
• Own vehicle essential
• Own phone and laptop required

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

Earnings (OTE)

• Commission-based position
• Realistic OTE: £25,500 – £40,000 per year
• All leads are company-generated (no cold calling)

(OTE based on meeting weekly targets and maintaining consistent performance.)
