I’m looking for a part-time sales assistant to help with cold outreach and lead generation for our business—a premium loose-leaf tea brand designed for spas, boutique offices, and wellness-forward hotels. This is not high-pressure cold calling. You’ll help me: - Find leads (spa directors, hotel F&B managers, boutique office decision-makers) - Send personalized cold emails and follow-ups to these leads - Keep everything organized so I can follow up or jump in when needed Responsibilities: - Research and build a list of qualified leads (spa/hotel decision makers, boutique office managers, etc.) - Write and send outreach emails using proven templates (I'll help you get started) - Track opens, replies, and follow-ups using a CRM or simple spreadsheet - Help me build email sequences that sound real and personal- not spammy Optional: send LinkedIn messages or DMs if needed Ideal For You If: - You’ve done cold outreach before and understand what actually gets responses - You’re fluent in English and can write clearly, warmly, and professionally - You’re organized and love making lists or using simple systems to stay on track Bonus: You have experience with hospitality, wellness, or spa brands (not required, just helpful) Tools (Nice but not required): - Gmail or cold email tools - LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or willingness to use it) - CRM experience is a plus but not required To Apply: - Please share your experience with cold outreach or lead gen - A short example of an email you might send to a spa director or hotel manager (please try to not make AI sound so robotic- we want warm and inviting) Looking for someone long-term who can work ~5 - 8 hours/week at a reasonable hourly rate. This could grow over time if we get results. Ideally $30 - $40/week.
