Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimising our sales processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of our sales operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for driving sales performance. As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment and support the sales team in achieving their targets.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support
You’ll be a point of contact for customer queries via phone and email, providing updates to Account Managers and managing returns or delivery issues. When team members are away, you’ll step in to help maintain momentum.

Procurement & Stock
You’ll liaise with our procurement team on component stock levels and lead times, track direct shipments, and ensure our sales team has up-to-date stock sheets. You’ll also help coordinate collections and logistics.

Order Processing & Engineering Support
You’ll manage order printing requests, clarify technical order details with Engineering, and keep a close eye on priority jobs to ensure timely completion, including tracking repairs when needed.

Operations & Internal Coordination
You’ll maintain accurate records across orders and stock, support cross-team collaboration, and help identify areas to streamline our internal processes

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales operations or similar role is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methods and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
