- About the Role
- The Sales operations and strategy is a pivotal operational role working directly with the Global Head of Investments. You will serve as the "control tower" for our global origination engine, blending sales operations, strategic planning, and business administration.
- This is a unique hybrid position for an organized, data-driven professional who thrives in a high-velocity environment. One day you will be drafting strategic papers for the Board of Directors, and the next you will be enforcing CRM discipline across our regional deal teams. You will act as a force multiplier for the Global Head, ensuring that the investment team operates with military precision, that our pipeline data is unimpeachable, and that internal transformation projects are executed seamlessly.
- You will not be sourcing deals, but you will be the reason the sourcing machine runs efficiently. This role offers high visibility into how a global private credit firm scales, providing exposure to capital formation, strategy, and executive leadership.
- Responsibilities
- Pipeline & CRM Governance: Own the integrity of the firm’s global deal pipeline. You will enforce discipline around CRM usage, ensuring accurate tracking of deal stages, probabilities, and closing timelines across all regional teams.
- Commercial Analytics: Track and report on critical KPIs, including Term Sheets issued, conversion rates, and deal velocity. You will turn raw data into actionable insights for the Global Head.
- Strategic Reporting: Lead the preparation of high-stakes presentations and reports, including Board papers, monthly management reports, and quarterly strategy reviews.
- Resource Management: Manage the operational heartbeat of the Investments team, including budget oversight and resource planning.
- Internal Transformation: Spearhead special projects to improve team efficiency, such as implementing new sales tools, refining deal approval workflows, or leading change management initiatives.
- Tech & Data Science Collaboration: Work closely with our Technology and Data Science teams to identify, scope, and implement best-in-class tech solutions. You will champion the adoption of new tools that optimize the Investment team's workflow, ensuring we leverage our proprietary data to outperform the market.
- Capital Formation Support: Act as a liaison to the Fundraising/IR team, providing accurate origination data and portfolio analytics to support investor queries and due diligence processes.
- Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a Business Management, Sales/Revenue Operations, or Chief of Staff capacity within Financial Services, Fintech, or Consulting.
- Operational Excellence: You are highly organized and process-oriented. You enjoy creating order out of chaos and have a low tolerance for sloppy data.
- Data & Tech Fluency: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or DealCloud) is essential, along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills—you can draft executive-level strategy papers and clear, concise internal memos.
- Interpersonal Strength: You have the confidence and professional maturity to chase senior dealmakers for data and enforce team processes, while maintaining strong working relationships.
- Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information (personnel, budgets, strategy) with the highest level of integrity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Bonus Points
- Experience in a high-growth environment (Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Scale-up Tech).
- Background in project management (PMP or Prince2).
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) or automating workflows.
