About

  • Do you want to help make the world safe from cyber attack?
  • At Corelight, we believe that the best approach to cybersecurity risk starts with the network. Attackers can evade endpoint detection, firewalls and many other technologies - but they can’t avoid leaving digital footprints on the networks they traverse. Built on open-source innovations from Zeek, Suricata and YARA and refined through years of real-world use, Corelight transforms network footprints from physical, virtual and cloud networks into actionable insights. Our customers use these insights to speed incident response and proactively hunt for threats.
  • As a Sales Operations Analyst, you are the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. This is not just a data entry role; it is a role for a proactive problem-solver who owns the integrity of our sales funnel. You will partner with sales leadership to ensure our CRM architecture supports our rapid growth, translating raw data into the strategic insights that drive our Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews. If you are ready to take full ownership of the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and scale our operational efficiency, we want to talk to you.

Specific Responsibilities

  • CRM Ownership & Optimization: Act as the primary Salesforce administrator for the sales organization; proactively identify system inefficiencies, implement field updates, and build custom dashboards that provide real-time visibility into team performance.
  • Data Governance & Auditing: Own the end-to-end data integrity of the sales pipeline. Conduct rigorous weekly audits to ensure data is accurate (ie lead status, forecast categories and stages), holding the sales team accountable to company-wide hygiene standards.
  • Lead-to-Opportunity Management: Manage and optimize complex lead routing rules and assignment logic. You will monitor the "speed to lead" for Inside Sales Reps (ISRs) and resolve technical routing errors to ensure zero revenue leakage.
  • Strategic Reporting & Analytics: Develop and deliver comprehensive data sets for MBRs and QBRs. You will go beyond "pulling reports" by identifying trends, highlighting risks, and presenting actionable recommendations to Sales Operations leadership.
  • Sales Enablement & Documentation: Lead the creation and maintenance of the Sales Operations "Playbook." You will design training materials and lead onboarding sessions to ensure all new hires are proficient in our tech stack and processes.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Act as the operational liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure high-quality lead flow and accurate territory mapping.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities needed to be successful

  • Operational Autonomy: Ability to manage projects of moderate complexity with minimal oversight, knowing when to escalate and when to execute.
  • Analytical Critical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing large data sets to identify "stuck" deals or process bottlenecks and proposing automated solutions.
  • Collaborative Influence: Ability to professionally challenge sales reps and stakeholders to ensure data compliance and process adherence.
  • Adaptability: A high degree of comfort with the ambiguity of a fast-scaling startup and the ability to pivot priorities based on business needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis within the SaaS or Cybersecurity industry.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (Lightning preferred), specifically with complex reporting, validation rules, and the Lead/Opportunity lifecycle.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced data manipulation skills in Excel/Google Sheets (nested formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and experience building executive-level presentations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is a strong plus.
  • Fueled by investments from top-tier venture capital organizations such as Crowdstrike, Accel and Insight, Corelight is the fastest growing network detection and response platform in the industry. Our customers trust us to protect mission-critical assets in leading enterprises, government, and research institutions worldwide. We are leading the way with AI-assisted workflows, machine learning models, cloud security and SaaS-based solutions to arm defenders with the tools and knowledge they need to disrupt cyber attacks. Our team of passionate innovators are dedicated to solving some of the toughest challenges in cybersecurity, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture. Corelight is committed to a geographically distributed yet connected employee base with employees working from home and office locations around the world. At Corelight, we take pride in the diversity of our backgrounds and perspectives, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that strengthens our company.
