As a Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you will be offered: Basic salary of around £28,000 Car AllowanceBusiness MileageAttractive Commission Structure: 5% per sale, up to 5% per completed listingOnly 1 in 3 Saturdays (work/life balance encouraged)Career progressionWork with a locally trusted, independent brand with a strong market presence As a Sales Negotiator / Valuer, your duties will include: Conducting market appraisals and converting them into instructionsArranging and conducting property viewingsNegotiating offers between buyers and vendorsProgressing sales through to completionGenerating and following up on new business leadsMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property marketDelivering a professional and personable client experience To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you must have the following: Previous experience in estate agency is essential (negotiator, valuer, or similar)Strong track record of listing and selling propertiesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsConfident, motivated, and proactive approachGood knowledge of the North Suffolk / South Norfolk property marketFull UK driving licence and own vehicle (car allowance provided)
