Client Interaction: Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraintsViewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested buyers, providing detailed information and addressing any questions or concernsNegotiation: Skilfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible deal while representing client interests.Sales Progression: Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with relevant parties for a smooth transactionClient Management: Provide regular updates and feedback to clients, maintain strong relationships, and offer professional guidanceMarket Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to advise clients accurately Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and industry standards, such as anti-money laundering and data protectionAdministration: Handle administrative tasks associated with property sales, including preparing contracts and maintaining accur
