  • Job Description
  • With the UK’s Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) slated for October 2027, we’re hiring a Sales Manager for Northern Ireland to develop the market, win strategic deals with retailers, and build partnerships that enable our Reverse Vending Machines to be the leading supplier in Northern Ireland.
  • This individual contributor role with territory ownership and strong collaboration across TOMRA teams.
  • Lead RVM sales to retailers, from prospecting through close and handover.
  • Build trusted relationships with retailers, local authorities, and industry bodies; act as a consultative partner.
  • Prepare and sell pilot/trial projects, gather market intelligence, and map retail structures.
  • Create tailored proposals, delivery approaches, and pricing models aligned to local needs.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and represent TOMRA at trade shows and community events.
  • Partner closely with pre-sales, delivery, service, and marketing to ensure successful outcomes.

  • What you’ll bring
  • Proven B2B solution or capital equipment sales experience with multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a structured sales approach (CRM, pipeline discipline).
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to translate customer needs into viable solutions.
  • Full UK/NI driving licence and willingness to travel across NI.
  • Right to work in the UK/NI.
