What You'll Do: Drive sales and secure new projects through proactive specification sales.Maximise product sales by providing expert sales and technical support to clients and colleagues to meet annual budgets.Develop a strategy to promote our products via specifier meetings, client visits, and tracking tools like Barbour's Building Projects software.Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving queries quickly and handling tenders to maintain our reputation as trusted experts.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining strong margins, managing sales funnels, and producing reports.Build relationships with key stakeholders, including constructors, architects, engineers, facilities providers, and private care providers.Use the CRM system to raise quotes, follow up on enquiries, and ensure timely contract reviews.Collaborate with Marketing on strategies, contribute to social media, and suggest process improvements.Occasionally attend exhibitions, conduct market research, or assist with staff training/cover as needed.
