Our well-established Peterborough based client are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday – Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm.In this key leadership role as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, retaining existing clients, and managing a successful sales team.You will play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy and supporting continued business growth. This is primarily an office-based role with a requirement to travel to clients site as required.As a Sales Manager you will be required to:-Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet and exceed targetsDevelop and implement effective sales strategiesDrive new business opportunities while maintaining strong client retentionManage stakeholder relationshipsProvide regular performance reviews, coaching, and development supportSupport and train Stakeholders ensure activity is conducted within regulationsProduce management information and performance reports for senior stakeholdersOversee accurate checking and authorisation of commission paymentsProvide competitor and market intelligence to inform business decisionsAttend management and sales meetings as requiredTravel as necessary to meet clients, brokers, and introducersTo be considered for the Sales Manager role you will have:-Proven experience in insurance or financial services salesPrevious experience in a sales management or team leadership roleStrong understanding of FCA-regulated environmentsExcellent communication, organisational, and leadership skillsWhat’s On OfferCompetitive salary up to £45,000 depending on experience31 days holiday (increasing with service to 38 days incl.
