This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, excels in a customer-facing environment, and has a strong understanding of the local property market. Day-to-day of the role: Market and showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants.Support both the sales and lettings teams across various branches.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and applicants.Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion.Keep clients well-informed and ensure they receive outstanding service. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in residential sales or lettings.Strong local knowledge of the Essex and Suffolk property markets.Possession of a full UK driving licence – frequent travel is required.Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.A can-do attitude and a professional, reliable approach.
