Sales Ledger Accounts Assistant - this £10m international agency in the Media, Online, Publishing and Fashion sectors is seeking an Accounts Assistant to work closely with the Financial Controller.Based 5 days in the heart of London's West End, this Accounts Assistant role (Sales Ledger, Credit Control and Expenses) will support the Financial Controller and include:Raising sales invoices in GBP, EUR and USDLiaising with customers regarding sales invoice queriesAnalysis of agents' rechargeable expensesOccasional Credit Control, chasing customers by emailAdministration of bank accounts and online payment runsOverall sales ledger / accounts receivable responsibilitiesThis is an excellent Sales Ledger Accounts Assistant role for an experienced accounts candidate with strong Excel and sales ledger / accounts receivable skills. The role is 5 days in the West End office in London in a lively media agency environment.
