  • Based in Thame, mix of office, remote, and on the road working.
  • Base salary to £70000
  • Company car, and sales incentive performance bonus.
  • We're seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to drive our ambitious growth strategy
  • in the water purification sector. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the future of
  • our business whilst leading a dynamic team of Business Development Managers.
  • As our ideal candidate, you'll bring a strategic mindset and proven track record in
  • sales leadership. You'll be responsible for orchestrating our commercial success,
  • managing both our sales and marketing initiatives whilst fostering a culture of
  • excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • ● Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring

  • ● Deep technical knowledge of water and process treatment systems
  • ● Outstanding problem-solving capabilities with a track record of delivering

  • ● Proven leadership abilities with exceptional coaching and people
  • management skills
  • ● First-rate negotiation skills with demonstrable commercial success
