Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit two Sales Executives to join our sales team.This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results, enjoys working with customers, and wants to significantly increase their earnings through commission in a structured and supportive environment.The RoleYou will manage customer enquiries and guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a professional and positive experience from first contact to handover.Key responsibilities:Responding to customer enquiries from online platforms, telephone, and showroom visitsPresenting vehicles and arranging test drivesManaging the sales process from enquiry through to completionFollowing up warm leads — no cold callingAssisting with finance applications and required complianceUpdating customer records accurately using a CRM systemSupporting vehicle advertising and online listingsAbout YouExperience in a sales or customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, telesales, account management, etc.)Confident and professional communicatorComfortable working to targets and commission-based earningsOrganised with good attention to detailFull UK driving licence requiredMotor trade experience beneficial but not essential — training providedEarnings & Support£21,000 basic salaryUncapped commission with realistic £40k–£50k OTEAverage performers earn £40k+, with strong performers earning £50k+Structured sales process and lead handlingOngoing training and management supportWarm enquiries generated through advertising and online platformsWorking Pat
