  • Finder is looking for a hungry, high-energy Junior Salesperson to join our London team. This position is laser-focused on outbound activity and new business acquisition. We want a someone who is motivated by hitting targets, opening doors, and scaling Finder’s footprint in the UK finance sector.
  • You’ll be pitching to the biggest names in the industry, think Revolut, Monzo, Lloyds, and Natwest, helping them leverage Finder’s audience to grow their brands.
  • This role offers a great entry point into fintech, where you'll receive hands-on mentorship while managing a real-world sales pipeline, allowing you to master complex commercial negotiations and marketing strategies..
  • The Mission: Drive Growth

The goal is simple: Increase revenue and exceed growth targets. You will be the engine room of our sales pipeline, responsible for

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identifying and cold-reaching new financial service providers and agencies to bring them onto the Finder platform.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiating commercial terms (CPC, CPA, and revenue share) and selling high-impact exposure packages like native tenancies and branded content.
  • Brand Representation: Being the face of Finder at industry events and across LinkedIn to build a professional network that converts into leads.
  • Outcome Ownership: Taking full accountability for your sales funnel, from the first "hello" to the signed contract.
