About the Role
We are seeking ambitious, target-driven Sales Executives to generate qualified leads and close new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will use multiple lead-generation channels — including Google research, email outreach, and voice calling — to build strong pipelines and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate leads using Google search, industry databases, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Identify potential customers, decision-makers, and market opportunities through online research and prospecting tools.
Conduct product demos showcasing key features:
Agent-based manual & auto calling
Voice broadcasting with DTMF and automated actions (SMS/Email/WhatsApp)
Inbound & outbound call management with IVR, Queue, and DID
Real-time call pop-ups and screen pop-ups
Bulk SMS broadcasting and two-way SMS chat
WhatsApp Business API integration (multi-agent chat, transfer, supervisor admin, multiple gateways)
Bulk email campaigns and SMTP integration with tracking
Comprehensive reporting on agents, campaigns, IVR, queues, and call recordings
Nurture leads and build relationships through follow-up calls, personalized emails, and presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with technical teams for onboarding and smooth handover of new clients.
Track activities and opportunities using CRM and provide regular reports.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or communication technology sales.
Proven track record in lead generation and cold calling.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and email communication solutions.
Ability to research, identify, and engage potential customers effectively.
Self-starter mindset with excellent time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms.
Preferred Experience
Experience selling telecom, contact center, or marketing automation solutions.
Background in outbound sales or inside sales roles.
Familiarity with international lead generation (advantage).
Experience selling to SMEs, enterprises, or CX/Support teams.
