Our client is an established producer of bespoke merchandise, based in Maidenhead. They are looking for a driven Sales Executive / Account Manager to help grow their customer base as they look to expand.The role offers exciting opportunities to develop client relationships, win new business, open doors, start conversations and play a direct role in the growth of the business. As part of a supportive team, you’ll be focused on a range of activities - including contacting customers by phone, arranging quotes and maximising sales opportunities from both new and existing customers. What You’ll Be DoingContacting prospects via phone, email and social media and opening up sales conversationsFollowing up on potential leads, catching up with previous customers and identifying new business opportunitiesBuilding relationships with potential customersAttending events, trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and generate salesWe’d like to hear from candidates with:Previous experience in sales - ideally with some experience working with targetsAmbition to succeed and a desire to earn commissionStrong communication skillsConfident talking on the phone, asking questions and taking the lead when neededWant to be part of a growing team and have a real impactThe successful applicant will receive a competitive basic salary plus a generous, uncapped commission based on a percentage of monthly sales. Future opportunities for progression, including promotion to management, salary increases and additional performance bonuses will also be available.
