Sales Executive - Staffordshire Salary: £28,000 + uncapped commission Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30–16:30, Fri 8:30–15:00 Contract: Full-time, permanent About the opportunity Join a well-established, growing UK organisation as a Sales Executive in a great team. You’ll drive new business, nurture existing accounts, and act as a trusted consultant—helping customers choose the right solutions from classroom and exam furniture to meeting room and soft seating. What you’ll be doing • New business & outbound sales: Proactively generate leads (calls, email outreach), identify decision-makers, and deliver tailored pitches that demonstrate genuine understanding of customer needs. • Lead qualification & pipeline management: Qualify inbound leads, build a robust pipeline, and consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets using a consultative sales approach. • End-to-end sales cycle: Manage quoting and proposals, follow up to maximise conversion, and maintain accurate records in a CRM system. • Account management: Be the primary point of contact for your portfolio, ensuring excellent service, after-sales support, and opportunities for upsell/cross-sell. • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and procurement to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Share feedback to improve offerings and strategy.
